Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Package Executives with experience in handling Long Haul and Short Haul tour packages. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to design customized holiday packages according to customer preferences and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.
- Plan and customize holiday packages for long-haul and short-haul destinations.
- Suggest suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing options, and travel activities.
- Prepare quotations and provide competitive travel package options based on customer requirements.
- Handle bookings, amendments, cancellations, and other travel-related queries.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, seasonal offers, and package pricing.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, or holiday package sales is preferred.




- Knowledge of Long Haul and Short Haul destinations is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to create customized itineraries and handle multiple customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in the UK shift.

Important Information

- Work Location: Gurugram / Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
- Shift Timing: UK Shift.
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and communication skills.
- Cab Facility: Not available; candidates must arrange their own transportation.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
