1)Positive knowledge of Lithium-ion battery operations & Application working of 3W & 2W Powertrain segments. 2) Knowledge of Lithium battery based IOT tracking and tracing & controlling and experince of providing IOT and lithium training.

- Lithium battery TMC application Engineering : a) Cordinate with OEM/Distributor/Dealer & sales team to get their detals and handover to Plant team and software team for battery mapping and IOT account generation.

b) Ensure that PRF(product Requisition form) must be filled appropriately as per OEM customer requirement.

c) Provide training on WEb portal/App.based IOT and GPS tracing and tracking and controlling to OEM/Distributor/Dealer.

d)Oversee the Cordination on Sample submission & sample approval at OEM end along with coordination with R&D; and OEM and sales team and backened team.

e) Escalate the IOt based grevievances of unsold batteries ,



IOT integeration with battery to correct concern department and close the complain.

- Deliver Training (Internal &External;): a) Deliver Tech. training programs for both OEM & Sales channel partners to enhance product knowledge and service excellence. b) Deliver the programs of Technical Master class (TMC) on lithium ion battery aimed at enhancing technical knowledge and skills within the appl. eng. team & Service engineers.

3.OEM/Channel partner Satisfaction:

a)Monitor and improve dealer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns, ensuring a strong and supportive partnership.

b) Act as the point of contact for field grievances, ensuring that issues are resolved continuously without any big gaps by application engineers.
