As a Managed Services Associate you will support outsourced finance processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, processing, quality control monitoring, and handling escalations and queries within our Managed Services practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adaptability, and reliable contribution, building commercial awareness, asking questions, and developing the skills needed to deliver work across varied client needs and team priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will take ownership of assigned tasks, apply process discipline, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where each assignment supports operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced finance processes for international clients, including transaction review, data enrichment,



and data processing
- Reviewing financial records and supporting documents to validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency before downstream use
- Applying quality control procedures to identify exceptions, track issues, and support corrective actions
- Monitoring client service requests and resolving routine queries within established service levels
- Documenting process steps, case details, and workflow updates to support transparent handoffs and continuity
- Using financial systems and digital tools to enter, organize, and update client data with care
- Following professional standards, Firm guidance, and confidentiality requirements while handling client information
- Gathering information from multiple sources to support basic analysis, pattern recognition, and process improvement opportunities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
