Role Description This full-time Textile Engineer role is a hybrid and remote position based in Mohali district.

The Textile

Engineer will oversee for installation and commissioning of mcs as well as optimize textile manufacturing processes, including machinery setup, production & performance monitoring and quality. Later on troubleshooting process and to improve mc efficiency and reduce defects. The role also involves supporting research and development initiatives, evaluating new materials and technologies,



and ensuring alignment with industry standards and KTTM’s quality objectives.

The Textile

Engineer will prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement process.

Qualifications

- Candidates must have 1-2 years experience and should possess strong knowledge of the Textile Industry and Textiles, including fibers, yarns, fabrics, and textile machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Manufacturing Processes, with experience in process optimization, quality control, and production planning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with operations, maintenance, quality, and management teams.
- Diploma in Textile Technology or Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to hybrid and remote area work arrangements.
