We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing Engineering Analyst with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications and hardware products.
- Conduct thorough electrical testing to verify the functionality and safety of hardware components.
- Perform rigorous hardware testing, including performance, stress, and regression testing, to ensure product reliability and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify testing requirements and develop testing strategies.
- Analyze test results and report defects, providing transparent and concise documentation to the development team.
- Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of defects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and help build a robust testing culture within the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools,
and best practices in software and hardware testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 to 9 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in electrical testing and hardware testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
