The TRC Manager is responsible for leading and managing all testing, diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, quality assurance, and technical support activities related to lithium-ion battery packs, cells, modules, and battery management systems (BMS). The role ensures safe, effective, and compliant operations while achieving quality, cost, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction objectives.

- Manage end-to-end Testing & Repair Center operations for lithium battery products.

- Ensure timely testing, diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, and dispatch of batteries.

- Monitor operational KPIs and drive productivity improvements.

- Establish service procedures and repair standards for battery products.

- Optimize resource utilization, equipment effectiveness, and workflow management.

Battery Testing & Diagnostics

- Oversee battery health assessment, capacity testing, cycle testing, and performance validation.

- Manage diagnostics of Battery Management Systems (BMS), cells, modules, and packs.

- Verify battery safety, reliability, and compliance before release.

- Ensure use of approved testing equipment and methodologies.
