Eastman Auto & Power Ltd is seeking a dedicated Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Testing
Engineer will conduct both manual and automated testing, analyze test results, identify defects, and work toward continuous improvement of testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing on a variety of products, including automotive components and power systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability after changes are made.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on product quality and improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
Skills and Tools Required
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in automotive or power system testing is a plus.
