REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CORE SKILLS
- 10+ years in software testing/quality engineering, including demonstrated Test Lead or equivalent ownership.
- Strong functional testing across complex enterprise/web applications and integrated business workflows.
- Deep REST/JSON API testing including authentication, schemas/contracts, negative/error cases and regression automation.
- Robust SQL/database validation for state, integrity, transformations and cross-system reconciliation.
- Expert test strategy, planning, design, execution, regression, defect management, closure, STLC/SDLC and Agile delivery.
- Confident stakeholder communication and extensive JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent) experience for governance and traceability.

AUTOMATION, CI/CD & AI
- Design and evolve frameworks: architecture, reusable components, configuration, reporting, logging, data, parallelism and maintainability.
- Hands-on Playwright (or equivalent), REST Assured (or equivalent),



JDBC/DB automation and diversified patterns across system layers.
- Integrate suites with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or equivalent using quality gates, reporting and diagnostics; understand Docker/containerized execution.
- Use AI coding agents to build/refactor tests and frameworks; apply AI to strategy, planning, risk analysis and reviewed test-case generation.
- Protect sensitive data, validate generated code/output, preserve auditability and keep human governance in the loop.

PREFERRED
- Airline operations: crew, IROP/disruption, flight operations, scheduling/planning or operational control.
- Testing AI/agentic products; AutoGen/LangGraph concepts; RAG, vector retrieval, grounding and evaluation.
- Cloud/AWS integration, mobile, event-driven/distributed systems and awareness of performance, resilience, security and accessibility testing.
