R&D; - Testing Engieer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop test plans, protocols, and setups for R&D; prototypes and final products.

- Conduct rigorous performance, reliability, and environmental testing.

- Analyze and interpret test results; identify issues and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize product design based on test data.

- Document testing procedures, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately.

- Ensure testing adheres to industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, FDA, IEC, etc.).

- Assist in the development of automated test systems where applicable.

- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.

- Maintain testing equipment, tools, and lab environment in valuable working condition.





- Stay updated on new testing technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related field).

- 2+ years of experience in product testing or validation, preferably in an R&D; setting.

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality systems, and standards.

- Proficient in using lab instrumentation and data acquisition tools.

- Familiar with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis techniques.

- Experience with CAD, simulation, or test automation tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
