Responsibilities

- Facilitate technical discovery sessions to capture client requirements, constraints, and success criteria
- Draft solution architectures that meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards
- Deliver Java-based solutions and help maintain technical quality across delivery and stabilization
- Coordinate delivery plans by contributing to estimates, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients during implementation and post-launch support
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and support to resolve defects, escalate issues, and influence priorities
- Mentor consultants and engineers through technical coaching, code reviews, and delivery best practices
- Produce implementation documentation, runbooks, and handoff materials to enable smooth transitions
- Assist pre-sales by helping scope solutions, contributing to technical proposals, and supporting discovery workshops

Requirements

- Hands-on Java engineering experience up to 2 years in professional settings
- Practical exposure to client-facing implementation work in delivery or consulting contexts
- Developing technical leadership skills to collaborate effectively across delivery teams
- Ability to support project ownership tasks such as estimates, milestones, and risk management
- Solid solution design fundamentals across architecture, security, performance, and scalability
- Strong documentation skills for runbooks, implementation plans, and handoff materials
- Clear client communication skills for discovery, status updates, and technical guidance
- English proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
