- Any Graduate / Postgraduate having passion on Sales.
- Age should be not more than 38 years.
- Team handling experience required min 3-4 years in banking sales.
- Relevant work experience of 7-9 years in NTB Business Acquisition of CA , SA , RD , TD , LI , GI, MF , Investments , Asset X Sell etc.
- Expertise in Strategy development and Implementation for NTB Business
- Acquisition of CA , SA , RD , TD , LI , GI , MF , Investments , Asset X Sell , TFX etc.
- Solid Banking knowledge in all Liability Product Sale and Deepening Management
- Full understanding on local markets like Household segments across,
- Commercial, Software, Hardware, Industrial, SEZs , Retail & Whole sale Businesses etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Regional Language will be an added advantage.
- Should be a deal maker and, should have deal cracking capabilities
- He or she may need to travel extensively and should be ready to mobile.
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Should be a go getter and possesses common do it attitude
- Willing to travel extensively
- Analytical ability and strong grip on MIS and Business Numbers always.
