We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-friendly Telecaller to connect with potential customers, handle incoming and outgoing calls, explain our products or services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company details to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication and valuable customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
