Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Consultant role based in Kozhikode.

The Telesales

Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients over the phone to promote services, explain value propositions, and convert leads into sales. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate service solutions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Consultant will also provide basic product information, support customer queries, and contribute feedback to improve sales scripts and training materials.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
- Training-related skills to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply guidance from coaching or sales training sessions.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Kozhikode and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
