Brixads is a growing digital marketing agency in Palakkad that helps businesses grow through social media marketing, branding, website development, SEO, and paid ads. We’re looking for energetic, target-driven people to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Explain Brixads’ digital marketing services and packages clearly to business owners
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Convert leads into paying clients and close sales
- Schedule meetings or demos for the team when needed
- Maintain accurate call records and update the lead tracker/CRM daily
- Follow up with existing clients for renewals and upselling
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Any degree or Plus Two with relevant experience
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales (freshers with good communication are welcome)
- Fluent in Malayalam and good in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
- Interest in digital marketing is an added advantage
