Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop strategies to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Drive patient appointments, OPD bookings, teleconsultations, and healthcare service enquiries.
- Monitor daily calling performance, follow-ups, team productivity, and conversions.
- Train telesales executives to improve communication, customer engagement, and sales performance.
- Maintain CRM records, calling reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with marketing and hospital operations teams for effective lead management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales team management.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Ability to achieve targets and improve team performance.
