Role Description The Telecommunications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and monitoring telecommunications systems that support HitFame’s platform and internal operations.
Daily tasks include installing and managing voice and data communication infrastructure, troubleshooting network and telephony issues, and ensuring reliable connectivity for users and internal teams. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer-facing communication channels, optimize system performance,
and implement best practices for security and uptime. This role also involves documenting configurations, maintaining incident logs, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to continuous improvement of telecommunications processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Telecommunications Systems and core Telecommunications technologies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving telephony and network issues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users and ensure a positive communication experience.
- Relevant experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, and network protocols is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication platforms, security best practices, and monitoring tools is a plus.
