About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, articulate Telecalling & Marketing Executive to be the first voice of The High Table. You’ll bring the right people into our events by inviting guests, registering delegates, and building a solid attendee pipeline, while supporting our marketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Event guest acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and invite prospective guests, speakers, and VIP attendees for our events
- Delegate acquisition: Sell and register delegates, explaining event value, agendas, and pass or ticket options, and following through to confirmed registration
- Build and maintain lead lists of target professionals, founders, executives, and organisations
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Follow up persistently via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn until attendance is confirmed
- Draft polished invitations, follow-up emails, and outreach messages
- Track leads, registrations, and conversions in the CRM or tracker, with regular status reports




- Meet weekly and event-wise targets for guest invitations, delegate sign-ups, and attendance
- Coordinate with the events and marketing team on guest lists, confirmations, and on-ground logistics
- Share prospect feedback to help refine messaging and positioning

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English: clear, grammatically accurate, and persuasive
- Fluent in Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
- Confident phone presence and the ability to engage senior professionals and decision-makers
- Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace, email, and CRM tools
- Willing to work from the BTM Layout office
- Graduate preferred; 0 to 2 years in telecalling, inside sales, event sales, or marketing (strong freshers welcome)
- Prior experience in event, conference, or delegate sales is a plus
