It also provides bulk, electromagnetic, and ultrasonic water meters, along with sluice valves, non-return valves, butterfly valves, and related valve products.

In addition, Akshat Engineers offers fittings for tap connections under JJM, such as integrated saddles, ferrules, and taps, supporting large-scale water distribution projects.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Telecalling

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers, provide product information, and respond to basic queries about pipes, fittings, valves, and water meters. The role includes following up on leads, maintaining call logs and customer records, and coordinating with the sales team to support order generation and follow-through.

Executive will also assist in confirming delivery details, gathering customer feedback,



and ensuring a professional and courteous communication experience. Daily responsibilities involve working with call lists or CRM tools, adhering to calling targets, and reporting progress to the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and active listening skills, with clear and skilled telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and CRM or customer databases.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to manage inquiries, resolve minor issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree are preferred, along with prior experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer service.
- Knowledge of industrial or infrastructure products (pipes, fittings, valves, or related items) and proficiency in English and local languages will be an advantage.
