About the Role

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Baner. You will be talking to customers on the phone every day, understanding what they need and giving them the right information.

What You Will Do

· Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers

· Understand what the customer needs and give the relevant information

· Make follow-up calls and stay in touch with customers regularly

· Keep proper call records and update customer details

· Coordinate with the internal team whenever needed

· Meet the daily and monthly calling and performance targets

What We Are Looking For

· Valuable verbal communication skills

· Confident and professional way of speaking with customers

· Basic computer knowledge

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Able to work on your own as well as with the team

· Freshers are welcome to apply
