We are looking for a confident telecaller with solid communication skills to call customers, take orders, and handle follow-ups. You will be the voice of our company, so a clear, polite, and persuasive way of speaking is a must.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Receive and handle inbound calls and enquiries
- Take orders over the phone and enter them accurately
- Explain products, prices, and offers clearly
- Follow up on pending orders and confirm deliveries
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Meet daily calling and order targets
Requirements
- 12th pass or graduate (freshers welcome)
- Good spoken communication in [Hindi / English / Malayalam]
- Confident, clear voice and a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
- Ability to handle customers patiently and work toward targets
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
Salary and Benefits
- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience
