- Inbound Calling: Make calls to prospective or existing customers and answer incoming service or product inquiries.
- Lead Generation &
- Sales: Explain products, services, courses, or real estate/loan offers clearly in Tamil to convert leads into sales.
- Customer Support &
- Resolution: Address basic user complaints, troubleshoot service issues, or provide information on apps, websites, and policies.
- Follow-ups &
- Collections: Track follow-up schedules, manage payment reminders, or handle loan recovery calls.
- Data Logging: Update customer details, call outcomes, and notes accurately inside the company's CRM or database
Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
