Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding their orders. Confirm orders and verify customer details and delivery addresses. Follow up with customers to improve order confirmation rates. Handle customer queries professionally. Update call feedback and order status in the CRM. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic computer knowledge. Good customer-handling and convincing skills. Target-oriented and responsible approach. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
