Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and respond to dealer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve dealer grievances promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to dealers.
- Document calls and dealer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and fulfill dealer needs.
- Follow up with dealers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Maintain a positive and qualified attitude at all times.
