We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities for packaging machinery and industrial wrapping solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, introducing our products, generating sales leads, and supporting the sales team in developing new business opportunities.

Educational Qualification:

Any graduate preferred. Candidates with a diploma or equivalent qualification and strong communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and companies using the provided database.
- Introduce and promote the company's packaging machinery and wrapping machine solutions.
- Identify potential customers and understand their basic requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Send product brochures, catalogues, and other relevant information through email or WhatsApp.




- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers and prospects.
- Achieve agreed calling, lead-generation, and appointment-setting targets.
- Build and maintain a qualified relationship with customers

Skills:

- Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi communication skills would be an added advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to explain product features and generate customer interest.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn about industrial products

Role: Outbound calling, lead generation, product promotion, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for packaging machinery and related industrial products.
