Our app connects beauty professionals—including hairstylists, hair colourists, makeup artists, nail artists, and other experts—with technology that helps users explore hairstyles, hair colours, makeup looks, and beauty transformations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to beauty professionals, introduce Get Glamified, and explain the platform’s features and benefits.
- Acquire suitable professionals as partners by explaining registration and onboarding opportunities.
- Guide interested professionals through app downloads, account creation, profile setup, and registration.
- Provide step-by-step onboarding support and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up on leads and incomplete registrations while maintaining professional relationships.
- Use company-provided leads and independently identify prospects through online platforms, directories, and professional networks.
- Handle common objections and escalate technical or complex queries to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, registrations, lead status, and onboarding progress.
- Share partner feedback and market insights to improve communication and onboarding.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, outbound calling, customer acquisition, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence speaking with business owners, independent professionals, and service providers.
- Ability to explain products clearly, handle objections, and build professional relationships.
- Target-oriented, organised, and consistent with follow-ups and lead management.
- Basic smartphone and computer proficiency.
- Willingness to learn the app and understand the beauty industry.

Experience in beauty, salons, cosmetics, wellness, technology,



or other service-based businesses is preferred, but relevant experience from other industries is welcome. Formal educational qualifications are flexible for candidates with suitable experience and communication skills.

Compensation

- Fixed salary of ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
- Incentive structure and performance expectations will be explained during the interview.
