? Shift: US Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
? Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
? Experience: 0–5 years | Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
? What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal English communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence in handling customer calls professionally.
- A customer-first attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work night shifts and follow a structured work schedule.
- Prior US voice process or healthcare customer support experience is an advantage.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain explicit call documentation and follow established process guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service quality standards.
