About Vibrantick

Vibrantick is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building their careers in telecalling, sales, customer communication, and lead generation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate call records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Introduce Vibrantick and explain its services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through calls and follow-up activities.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales and business development team.
- Follow up with interested prospects to move them forward in the sales process.

2. Customer Communication

- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers over the phone.
- Explain company services, offerings, and relevant information clearly.
- Respond to basic customer queries and direct complex questions to the appropriate team.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
- Maintain a courteous and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

3. Follow-ups and Sales Support

- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in the company's services.
- Share relevant information with prospective customers through approved communication channels.




- Coordinate with the sales and business development team regarding lead status.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule to avoid missing potential opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in converting interested leads into business opportunities.

4. Call Records and Reporting

- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update customer information in the CRM system or company tracker.
- Prepare daily call activity and lead-generation reports.
- Track interested, contacted, and follow-up-pending prospects.
- Ensure customer information is recorded accurately and handled confidentially.

5. Target Achievement and Team Coordination

- Work toward assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Focus on improving call quality, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Learn company services, sales scripts, and communication techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate; graduation is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer questions and objections politely.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional approach.
- Ability to work in an office-based environment and meet assigned targets.
