Job Summary
Sakthi and Associates, Chartered Accountants, is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, promote the firm's services, and acquire recent clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by the company.
- Communicate effectively in Tamil and English to introduce the firm's services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into new clients.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion status.
- Coordinate with the management team for client onboarding after successful acquisition.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken Tamil and English is essential.
- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to achieve client acquisition targets.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain call records.
- Candidates residing within a 5 km radius of Kottur Gardens, Chennai, are preferred.
What We Offer
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹13,000, depending on skills and experience.

- Five-day working week, Monday to Friday.
