We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and generating leads.
The Tele
Caller will also handle inbound inquiries, provide information about products, and assist customers with their needs. The goal is to enhance our customer base and contribute to the growth of the company by promoting our offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products and services
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a record of calls made and follow up with leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to fulfill those needs
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Achieve designated targets for calls made and leads generated
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to convert prospects into customers
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
Skills and Tools Required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and telephony systems
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory

You are Responsible for

Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred. A persuasive demeanor to influence decision-making processes. Basic familiarity with CRM software and a results-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.
