- Provide pre-sales technical support, including product presentations and demonstrations.

- Commercial Activities:

- Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives and market competitiveness.

- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
- Address technical queries and provide after-sales support when required.

- Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify recent business opportunities.
- Support product development teams with insights from customer interactions.

- Coordination:

- Collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
