What we’re looking for
2+ years of technical support experience, with strong L2 expertise
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, backup amp; recovery, disaster recovery, endpoint security, or DLP
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of networking, operating systems, virtualization, and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills A team player with robust ownership and a customer-first mindset
Relevant industry or vendor certifications will be an added advantage.
