- About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves supporting day-to-day sales operations, managing commercial documentation, coordinating invoicing and GST-related requirements, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, finance, logistics, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of sales coordination, invoicing, commercial documentation, and data management. Experience in manufacturing, composite, construction, or industrial products industries will be preferred.

Exposure to ERP/CRM systems, AI tools, and process automation will be an added advantage.

- Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documents.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, finance, logistics, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist with invoicing, GST documentation, taxation-related requirements,



and commercial documentation in coordination with the finance/accounts team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, payments, dispatches, and related transactions.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, payments, invoices, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
- Maintain customer databases, sales trackers, order status reports, revenue trackers, and other MIS reports.
- Prepare regular sales reports and management dashboards while supporting data analysis and sales performance tracking.
- Work with ERP/CRM systems and other business tools to maintain accurate sales and customer information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks using AI tools, automation, and digital solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other business-support materials.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, accuracy of records, and effective coordination across departments.

- What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in the composite, manufacturing, construction/building materials, or industrial products industry will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of quotations, invoicing, GST, taxation, and commercial documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and data management.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted business processes will be an added advantage.
