- Experience Handling the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting
- Expertise in recruiting for W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Fulltime positions.
- Strong direct and indirect sourcing and networking skills expert knowledge with current internet sourcing tools, Job portals and social media.
- Solid experience in Active and Passive Recruiting.
- Excellent Candidate resource pool and network.
- Experience working in fast paced environment.
- Recruiting experience via Social Media and non-traditional / innovative methods.
- Must be able to understand requirements and formulate complex Boolean search strings.
- Must have proven track record of successful placements.
- Excellent communication skills and Organizational skills.
