- Experience in Automotive Software / Embedded Systems with 5+ years in Project / Program Management
- Strong experience managing Linux Middleware, Android Framework, BSP, and AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive)
- Excellent stakeholder management with Global OEMs
- Proven expertise in end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale automotive platform programs
- Good understanding of AUTOSAR Classic (MCAL, BSW, RTE) and AUTOSAR Adaptive concepts from a program and integration perspective
- Solid understanding of Android Automotive stack, Linux/QNX BSP, middleware, and system integration
- Experience handling multi-vendor, multi-location, and cross‑functional engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of V‑cycle, Agile / Hybrid delivery models, integration milestones, and production readiness
- Expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, escalation management, and mitigation planning
