About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of next-generation AI products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and advanced machine learning techniques.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: pre-training, fine-tuning, model distillation, self-improving agents, reinforcement learning for agents, and production-grade agentic systems. Candidates from high-growth technology companies and startup environments are strongly preferred.

The role requires a unique blend of product leadership, technical depth, and business acumen to build and scale AI-native products that solve complex enterprise and consumer problems. Relevant enterprise profiles and AI product management experience were identified in internal documents related to GenAI, Agentic AI, fine-tuning, RAG systems, and production AI products. turn3search7

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AI-powered products.
- Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative AI solutions.
- Drive product decisions using customer insights, experimentation, and business impact metrics.
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term AI strategy.

Agentic AI Product Development
- Lead development of production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Define agent workflows, orchestration patterns, tool usage, memory systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Drive implementation of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI capabilities.
- Define success metrics for agent quality, reliability, reasoning, and business outcomes.

Foundation Model Lifecycle
- Work closely with engineering and research teams on:
- Pre-training strategies
- Fine-tuning and instruction tuning
- Model distillation
- Reinforcement Learning for Agents (RL)
- Self-improving agent frameworks
- Model evaluation and benchmarking

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with AI Researchers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers.
- Create PRDs, product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
- Prioritize features balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

AI Governance & Responsible AI
- Define guardrails, safety mechanisms, and responsible AI practices.
- Drive monitoring and continuous improvement of AI systems.




- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 6+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience managing AI, ML, GenAI, or platform products.
- Proven experience delivering products from concept to production.
- Experience with production agent systems and AI-powered applications.
- Experience working directly with engineering and research teams.

Technical Expertise Robust experience in one or more of the following:

- LLM pre-training
- Fine-tuning
- Instruction Tuning
- Model Distillation
- Self-Improving Agents
- Reinforcement Learning (RLHF/RLAIF/Agent RL)
- Multi-Agent Architectures
- Agent Evaluation Frameworks

- Exposure to AI research organizations or advanced ML teams.
- Experience shipping products using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Claude, or similar foundation models.
