Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for financial business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and system integrations, with a strong understanding of banking/financial domain workflows. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including data modelling for clients.

Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support complex business logic

Build dynamic and responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Automate business processes using Flows (Record-triggered, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows) and Process Builder (legacy support)

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party services

Develop and consume web services, handle authentication (OAuth, JWT), and ensure secure integrations

Customize Salesforce using objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder

Ensure adherence to governor limits, best practices, and scalable architecture

Participate in code reviews,



deployments (CI/CD), and release management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions Required Skills &

Qualifications 5+ years (or as applicable) of Salesforce development experience

Strong proficiency in

Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future methods)

Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Salesforce Flow (Automation)

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Hands-on experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)

Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data architecture

Understanding of security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

Financial Services Cloud Accredited Qualified

Experience in Mortgage Application

Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
