Ensure accurate and timely accounting for receivables and payables, maintain master data governance, support budgeting and MIS activities, and ensure compliance with internal audit and statutory requirements.
Provide system support for invoicing and coordinate with vendors and group companies for smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities of Role

- Support system processes for sales invoicing.
Payable Accounting (O2C) - Maintain book hygiene by analyzing open vendor balances and taking corrective actions.
- Follow up with vendors for PR NIS creation and invoice booking.
Master Data Governance (MDM) - Create and maintain master data such as Vendor Code, Customer Code, Profit Center, Cost Center, Fund Center, Plant Code.
Payments & Reconciliation - Handle player payments and reconciliation.
- Perform customer reconciliation,
inventory checks, and fixed assets audit activities.
Compliance & Audit - Respond to internal audit queries.
- Manage foreign payment documentation and clearance.
- Handle GST matters in coordination with Abex and CATO teams.
Budgeting & MIS - Prepare and review budgets with senior management and upload in SAP (Capex and EPC Budget).
- Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis.
Coordination - Liaise with group companies for fund arrangements.
Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance - Preferable: Postgraduate degree or qualified certifications (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) Experience - Experience in Finance & Accounts - Hands-on experience in SAP and financial reporting - Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance
