Key Responsibilities:

- Handling Escrow Account Operations and related transaction processing.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational controls.
- Managing end-to-end documentation for escrow accounts, agreements, and client requests.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS, operational reports, and exception tracking.
- Monitoring account activities and ensuring timely resolution of operational queries.
- Supporting client servicing requirements related to escrow arrangements and transaction execution.
- Maintaining accuracy of records and adherence to TATs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Banking Operations / Escrow Operations / Transaction Banking Operations.
- Good understanding of account documentation and operational processes.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of WBG operations and banking documentation will be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
