Purpose/Objective

Provide assistance to other dredging sites on HSE-related matters as required.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Support the implementation of ADANI Green Book procedures, QHSE policies, and site safety regulations by assisting in monitoring standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure compliance.
- Assist in delivering HSE induction programs, awareness sessions, and familiarization training as per ADANI HSE Guidelines and Expectations.
- Help organize and carry out routine safety inspections, checks, and emergency drills at the site.
- Participate in incident investigations by supporting root cause analysis and helping implement corrective actions under guidance.
- Coordinate and attend weekly/monthly/project-related HSE performance review meetings and assist in updating and tracking site safety statistics.

- Contribute to the preparation and sharing of safety reports, including but not limited to:



- Monthly MIS Report - HSE Progress Report - Input for Weekly Safety Performance Deck - Support weekly safety tours/inspections with site management and assist in reporting through SRFA in Gensuite.

- Provide assistance to other dredging sites on HSE-related matters as required.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- B.

E/B.

Tech/BSc.

/Diploma or above/equivalent in any discipline.

Full Time Regular Course; UGC approved institute - Diploma in Industrial Safety & ME/M Tech.

(I.

E/IS/HSE) or, ADIS / PDIS in industrial safety from State/Central Govt.

approved institute; AICTE & NABET approved institute - 7+ Years of experience in the field of HSE management and Implementation
