Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Software Platform Development to lead software platform engineering teams working on cutting-edge embedded software solutions for automotive systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Open CVE, MICOM, BSP, Linux Middleware, Android Middleware, Embedded Linux, AOSP, and Automotive Software Platforms, along with proven leadership experience in managing large engineering teams, customer engagements, and complex software delivery programs.

Technical Leadership

- Lead development and integration activities across Open CVE, MICOM, BSP, Linux Middleware, and Android Middleware domains.
- Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and design reviews.
- Drive software quality, performance optimization, and technical excellence.
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of critical technical issues.

Project & Delivery Management

- Plan, manage, and execute software platform development projects.
- Drive project schedules, effort estimation, resource planning, and risk management.
- Track project KPIs and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure adherence to automotive software development standards and processes.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Support hiring, onboarding, competency development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with customers, product teams, management, and global stakeholders.
- Act as the primary interface for project updates, technical decisions, and escalation management.




- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Reporting & Governance

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Drive governance, review mechanisms, and process compliance.

- Proven experience leading medium to large engineering teams.
- Robust automotive software platform development background.
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and global stakeholders.
- Successful track record in delivering complex software programs.
