: Team Leader – Smart Devices

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 2–5 Years in Sales Team Handling

Compensation: ₹7–8 LPA Fixed + ₹1–1.5 LPA Variable

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Team Leader – Smart Devices to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Business Development Executives (BDEs). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales team management, and the ability to drive performance, improve conversions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives/BDEs to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes, business policies, and operational guidelines.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and conversion rates.




- Handle team-level escalations and support team members in resolving customer and operational challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely resolution of concerns, and seamless coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare and review sales reports, track targets, and provide regular performance updates to management.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably with prior experience handling or leading a sales team.
- Robust leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets, monitor team performance, and drive results.
- A target-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
