Job Title: Tandoor Chef – DCDP / Commis I

Experience:

- DCDP: 3–5 years
- Commis I: 1–3 years

Salary:

- DCDP: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
- Commis I: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

: We are hiring experienced Tandoor Chefs for a hospitality property in Udaipur.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, breads, and other menu items.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor station safely.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage mise en place and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Minimize food wastage and follow standard recipes.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in tandoor cooking.
- Knowledge of tandoori cuisine, marinades, and cooking techniques.
- Experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Positive teamwork and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
