Designation/Title: Tally Programmer

Reporting to: Manager - Business Development Tally Enterprise Solution

Location: Tirupur / Coimbatore / Erode / Chennai

Key objective of the role: Satisfying the customer to the core.

Responsibilities

- Understanding the query of customer.

- Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.

- Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.

- Documentation as per company standard.

- Reports to be generated as per standard.

Job Specification

- Years of Experience: Minimum 6 months, freshers with good academic record can also apply

- Qualification: Commerce Graduate with 60%Tally Knowledge

- Competencies

- Strong communication in English

- Good writing skills

- Should be adaptable

- Should be ambitious
