We’re looking for a Talent Partner to build a high-quality leadership talent network, partner with portfolio companies on senior hiring, and leverage AI and data to transform how talent is identified, assessed, and mapped.

What You’ll Do:

? Build a Leadership Talent Network

- Identify and engage CXOs, VPs, and functional leaders across Finance, HR, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Growth.
- Build proactive talent pipelines aligned with portfolio companies’ future leadership needs.
- Develop insightful candidate assessments covering experience, achievements, compensation, and potential risks.

? Partner with Portfolio Companies on Leadership Hiring

- Work closely with founders and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and close critical leadership positions.
- Conduct talent mapping, evaluate candidates, and provide market insights and compensation benchmarks.




- Manage executive search partners and support reference checks and final candidate assessments.

? Leverage AI, Data & Technology

- Build and maintain a structured talent database and improve data quality through automation.
- Develop talent intelligence, organisational maps, and data-driven insights to support investment and portfolio decisions.
- Track talent acquisition metrics, tooling, and team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–4 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, startup hiring, or talent research and insights.
- Robust hands-on experience with AI tools, with the ability to demonstrate workflows or solutions you have built or automated.
- Excellent communication, research, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
