Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented recruiter who can independently manage hiring for multiple creative, marketing, design and technology profiles.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to identify and approach the right candidates, use different sourcing platforms effectively, and focus on quality hiring rather than simply increasing the number of profiles shared.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.

- Hire for profiles such as Designer Lead, Creative Lead, Creative Manager, Toy Design Lead, Performance Marketer, Game Designer, Visual Designer, Video Editor and various IT roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, databases and other relevant platforms.
- Identify the right candidates based on skills, experience, profile quality and cultural fit.
- Proactively approach candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Know how to engage passive candidates and convince relevant candidates to explore the prospect.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions before sharing profiles with the hiring team.




- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to closure.
- Understand different hiring requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a quality talent pool for current and future requirements.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of strong, hands-on recruitment experience.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of how to approach and engage candidates.
- Experience hiring creative, marketing, design and/or technology profiles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions at the same time.
- Strong focus on quality of candidates rather than quantity of profiles.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Someone who takes ownership of closures and does not wait for constant instructions.
