- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Automotive Embedded, ADAS, AUTOSAR, IVI, Validation, HIL, Functional Safety, and Hardware roles.
- Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Manage recruiter team, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive sourcing, talent mapping, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Monitor hiring metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Support campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
