Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles across the organization. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.




- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, as well as proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and basic employment laws in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant recruitment experience in financial services or a similar industry is an advantage.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring criteria
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview panels
- Maintain and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Track key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix)
- Support employer branding initiatives

What we are looking for

- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
