About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, tech-aware Talent Acquisition Partner to support talent operations and candidate verification on our proprietary recruitment platform, Trustume. You will validate technical credentials, optimize job postings, onboard talent, and collaborate closely with recruiters and product teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage tech job postings across portals and our platform.
- Verify candidate profiles, career history,
and technical competencies.
- Guide candidates through platform registration and verification.
- Partner with hiring teams and share feedback to improve portal UX.
What We Look For:
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, TA ops, or screening/verification.
- Understanding of IT skill sets, tech stacks, and hiring lifecycles.
- Strong English communication and high attention to detail (Please note, communication skill is very key and carry a high weightage along with technical skills during making the decision)
