Purpose/Objective

A Talent Acquistion Manager is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive recruitment initiatives aligned with Adani's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Experience - 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources industry Roles and Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and deliver exceptional candidate experiences

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and select top talent - Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding

- Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques and channels to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while driving best practices in talent acquisition - Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize hiring processes and enhance recruitment performance

- Represent Adani as an employer of choice by actively engaging with external networks and participating in industry events - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support the development of talent acquisition policies and procedures

Education Qualification - MBA in Human Resources or related field Certification Required - Professional certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources management is preferred Behavioural Skills
