Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Sohna. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will handle recruiting activities across functions, including specialized IT recruitment, while maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment reports. They will contribute to employer branding initiatives, support campus and lateral hiring events,



and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaboration with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and refine recruitment strategies is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment skills for sourcing and evaluating technical and digital talent.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to support talent marketing, social media presence, and recruitment campaigns.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with applicant tracking systems, knowledge of labor and employment practices, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, is preferred.
